a bowl of egg whites with ham and colby/jack.

a bowl of oatmeal with vanilla protein powder and cinnamon.

breakfast…mmmmmmmmmmm!!!

all of this after 40 minutes of cardio and some resistance band work…i’m getting my mojo back :)
